INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All 3d products designed by REMJ are personal single license only.

The purchased 3d model can be used (including 3D printing) for personal purposes, any non-commercial personal project, or portfolio works.

You are not allowed to:

- resale of the REMJ 3d model or derivative of the scan in any 3d format,
- using the REMJ 3d model or derivative for any commercial purposes including promotion of a commercial product,
- selling REMJ product as both digital and physical 3D prints.

Some of 3d models contain logos, graphics or product names use them as your own discretion.

All of the 3d models are the property of REMJ and are protected by intellectual property laws.

3d printing:

- All REMJ 3D models are including supports. If do not so, please print them as flat.
- All of the printing parameters need to be set by customer.
- REMJ do not take responsibility of any print failures or, printer damage.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

While working with resin it is mandatory to:
- avoid contact with skin uncured resin
- wear a disposable nitrile gloves.
- cover your face with NIOSH approved respirator to avoid contact with respiratory and digestive systems of your body..
- wear a safety googles to avoid contact with eyes.
- work in a well ventilated areas.
- wash your hands in soapy water when finished working.
- clean a working area after finish.
- follow the producer guide while using sharp and mechanical tools.
- follow the producer guide while using 3D printing equipment.

Uncured resin may irritate your skin. By any circumstances do not inhale resin dust.
Resin vapors may irritate your respiratory system, and may cause the allergy.
Keep away from children.

REMJ do not take responsibility for any health damage caused by misusing its products.

REMJ PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the REMJ products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the REMJ products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All REMJ products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that REMJ products will be in stock. Certain REMJ products may be available exclusively online through the Site. Such REMJ products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. Pictures on site might be 3D renders and may differ from the products.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of the REMJ products offered or available on the Site. All descriptions or pricing of the REMJ products are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any REMJ products at any time for any reason. We do not warrant that the quality of any of the REMJ products purchased by you will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Site will be corrected.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

By buying 3D BLOCKS customers receive a secure link to the file lasting 24 hours after the first download.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases of the REMJ products made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, phone number payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in GBP.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. If your order is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

The price shown on REMJ web page include; price of REMJ product and shipping cost to United Kingdom only, any other fees such as import tax or tariffs for shipping outside UK should be covered by a Buyer. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that. in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms of Use and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site or in respect to the Marketplace Offerings constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Use operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control. If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms of Use and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms of Use or use of the Marketplace Offerings.

You agree that these Terms of Use will not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them. You hereby waive any and all defenses you may have based on the electronic form of these Terms of Use and the lack of signing by the parties hereto to execute these Terms of Use.
